Re: Lincoln Project
Dear Cameron,
Enclosed is our Lincoln Project reapplication, which as you know has been
delayed substantially by the City in order to determine the realignment of
Lemay and Lincoln, and also delayed by the City's evaluations and
determinations about the regional problem with the Lincoln drainage channel.
We have enclosed an application fee in the amount of $2939.50.
At this time we are waiting for a determination by Don Bachman
about whether the new city transportation fee should be imposed or waived,
since the delays in this project were at the City's request as discussed
above. Accordingly, such fee is not enclosed. Please advise us in writing
when a final decision has been made concerning the application of the
transportation fee to this project. Thank you.
