Re: Lincoln 60-Day Extension
Dear Cameron:
This letter shall sere as a request for a sixty-day extension for final submittals for the
Lincoln Project. Due to the complexity of the project and meeting City requirements, the
submittal process has taken longer than we expected. Plans for the project are moving
forward and we anticipate having another submittal as soon as possible but no later
than July 30, 2006.

Subject: Lincoln Park (formerly Lincoln Mixed Use) PDP 60-day extension
Dear Jon,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 60-day
extension to the Lincoln Park PDP, resubmittal deadline. With a 60-day
extension to the June 21st deadline, your new resubmittal deadline will be
August 29th.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve outstanding street
naming issues. Should you need an additional 30-day extension beyond that
provided, please make an extension request prior to the August 29th deadline.
