Re: Lincoln Park 30-Day Extension
Dear Cameron:
This letter shall sere as a request for a thirty -day extension for our Lincoln Park
Project. Due to'the complexity of the project it has taken longer than we expected to
obtain our final hearing requirements. Plans for the project are moving forward and we
anticipate having the required Letter of Intent to your office as soon as possible but no
later than November 26, 2006.
