In reference to the Lincoln Park Project, attached is a copy of the legal
description you requested for the SE corner of Tract 2.
Land Title Guarantee Company provided the legal description for my purchase of
the Webster property. It includes all of the Lincoln Park Project, as well as, the
SE corner of Tract 2 (not included as part of the project).
