I have (I think) made some changed in DMs, but I was unable to print them out. My only change is relatively minor, to comment #1, which now should read: The developer will need to coordinate power requirements and possibly locations for pad type electric transformers for the 3 large multi -family buildings on the southerly end of the project with Light & Power Engineering (221-6700). This is probably not a big issue. The way it could become more of a challenge is if the developer wants to use electric heat in any of these 3 buildings. Sometimes with larger multi -family buildings they want to use electric heat to avoid the problems of installing vents for the furnaces and hot water heaters. Of course if they choose electric heat, the impact on the electric system is substantial. Doug Doug Martine Electric Project Engineering Supervisor (970)224-6152 dmartine@fcgov.com
