On February 18, 1999, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins
approved the Horsetooth East Business Park PUD, 3rd Filing (RiteAid), Final - #43-94G
pursuant to Section 29-526 of the City Code (the Land Development Guidance System).
The Horsetooth East Business Park PUD, 3rd Filing (RiteAid), Final - #43-94G was
granted final approval for 13,800 square feet of retail use on approximately 2.12 acres.
The applicant is pursuing the completion of utility plans and a development agreement
as required by City Code prior to recording of applicable Horsetooth East Business
Park PUD, 3rd Filing (RiteAid), Final - #43-94G plans and documents. No further
