curb stop to be relocated? Curbstops and meter pits are not permitted in hard surfaces (Le sidewalks, drives,

The roof cornice will need to have a bigger presence on the building.

The city anticipates that a right turn lane will be constructed on Horsetooth for vehicles heading south on
Timberline sometime in the future. The design of this right turn lane could easily result in a portion of the turn
lane being constructed on this property, and the city would appreciate any additional dedication of Right -
of -Way from this property owner to accommodate this future turn lane. The city would also appreciate the
configuration of the site so as not to conflict with the construction and ROW acquisition for this turn lane in the
future if extra ROW for the turn lane is not going to be dedicated with this project.
