Community Planning and Environmental Services Current Planning City of Fort Collins May 31, 1996 Dear Resident: On Thursday, June 13, 1996, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the City of Fort Collins Streets Facility, 625 Ninth Street (North Lema Avenue)*, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a development proposal located at the northeast corner of East Lincoln and Lemay Avenue (see map on reverse). The project is referred to as the East Lincoln Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.). The site is 14 acres in size. The first anticipated user would be a Diamond Shamrock facility (gas station and convenience store) on one acre at the immediate corner. Other items to be discussed are the planned Lemay Avenue Bypass and the future street connections into the adjacent Fort Collins Business Center Park located to the east. These connections could be at Duff, Webster, and/or Poudre Parkway. The meeting will be held in the Large Training Room at the City of Fort Collins Streets Facility. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
