As we discussed, it will be possible to plat just for the area involved in the temporary bank operation then replat at a later date to include the entire property. This plat will be processed as a Minor Subdivision and will be processed through the Development Review Center. The typical review time is four to six weeks depending on the complexity of the project. • If you only plat'for the area of the temporary structure, you will only need to prepare a site plan for the area the temporary structure sits on. • No access will be permitted from Horsetooth Road, even for the temporary facility. Access will need to be provided from Mitchell Drive.
