The bike lane is included in the Timberline design. 13. The southerly access drive has been adjusted as discussed at the July 10"' meeting. 14. As per the July 10" meeting, an attached walk - consistent with the existing walks on the remainder of this block of Automation Way - will be provided in this case. 15. The walk on Timberline will be constructed as per the July 10" meeting. 16. Northern Engineering is addressing Storm Drainage questions. 17. Sidewalk connections are being coordinated with plans for the 3'Filing. A walk on one side of the drive connecting to Timberline will be provided. 18. Only restaurants that would not require a grease interceptor will be considered as tenants for the building. 19. Notes 4 and 11 have been revised as we discussed. 20. The maximum floor area is noted. 21. Parking statistics have been revised. We appreciate your assistance in the planning of this project. Filing - Final Development Plans, indicating revisions in response to the final Staff Comments in your letter of June 23'd. Specific responses to comments include: 1 . The plans have been prepared as per the LDGS requirements. 2. Northern Engineering and Landstar are coordinating the Plat revisions. We have changed the title of the PUD plans to Horsetooth East Business Park PUD, Second Filing as requested. 3. We received the comments from U.S. West. 4. Zoning comments have been addressed as follows: a. The ramps have been noted. b. Additional building envelope dimensions to the property lines have been added. C. An additional bike rack has been added. d. Shade trees have been added. 5. Building Inspection's comments have been forwarded to the builder. 6. PFA comments have been received. 7. Light & Power comments have been given to the developer. 8. Landstar is making the corrections to the Plat as requested. 9. General Note #1 1 has been amended to reflect the approach agreed upon for similar mixed use/multi-tenant buildings at Spring Creek Center. 10. The needed street vacations are being addressed by Northern Engineering. 11. The needed right-of-way for Timberline is being addressed by Northern. It is our understanding that no additional right-of-way is needed for Automation Way.
