Please find enclosed the requested copies of revised plans for the Horsetooth East Pad G
project. The following revisions were made to the plans:
Zoning Department
a. Light pole locations are now shown on the plans.
b. The vehicle — sight line conflict has been resolved by planting lower growing shrubs.
The tree located there is a deciduous shade trees and should not hinder vision.
2. Stormwater Utility
Most stormwater comments are addressed in utility and drainage plans prepared by
Northern Engineering.
5. The issue of relocating the trees in the ponding area was resolved with Donny Dustin
previously.
3. Water/Wastewater Department
Most water/wastewater comments are addressed in utility and drainage plans prepared
by Northern Engineering.
- Water and sewer mains are shown on the site and landscape plans
- Landscape design has been coordinated with the civil design
4. Engineering Department
Most engineering comments are addressed in utility and drainage plans prepared by
Northern Engineering.
- The retaining wall with handrails has been labeled on the site and landscape plans.
5. The necessary easements have been or are being addressed by Northern Engineering.
6. The most current Rite -aid site plan has been inserted into our plans.
7. A larger, more detailed vicinity map has been provided on Sheet 1.
