The following dates will be key in the review process for this annexation: , October 4, 1994 October 24, 1994 November 15, 1994 December 6, 1994 December 16, 1994 Resolution accepting the Petition and initiating the process Planning and Zoning Board Hearing First Readings of the Annexation and Zoning Ordinances Second Ordinance Readings Property officially annexed into the city As I indicated, the corrections submitted to you in my letter of September 6, 1994, should be delivered to me no later than September 26, 1994; the earlier the better. The Stormwater Utility has submitted to me some comment regarding the potential development of the property. I believe these comments are significant, so I am forwarding them to you four your review.
