5. Correct the spelling errors and typos within the Annexation Petition.
Corrections have been made and revised copies are attached.
6. The introductory paragraph of the Annexation Petition indicated the size of
the annexation is 17.233 acres, however, the legal description of Attachment
"A" and the plat indicate a size of 17.159 acres.
The proposed annexation is 17.159 acres. The Petition has been corrected to
read accordingly.
7. Is the zoning request for this annexation for one or two zoning districts? If
the request is for two districts, legal descriptions for each district are needed.
The zoning request is for two zones, IL and C. Legal descriptions for the two
zones are included on the revised annexation plat map.
8. Within the Annexation Petition, an Attorney's Certification as to ownership
of the property is needed.
The Attorney's Certification is attached with revised documents.
The names of adjacent annexations have also been added to the annexation plat map. A
revised annexation petition and annexation plat map are included in this re -submittal.

RE: East Lincoln Third Annexation to the City of Fort Collins
Dear Mr. Waido:
The following is in response to your comments of September 6, 1994 regarding the
annexation petition referenced above.
1. The City has already annexed property under the name "East Lincoln
Annexation." The City also already has an "East Lincoln Second
Annexation." The Annexation will need to be renamed.
The name has been changed to East Lincoln Third Annexation.
2. Please make sure that none of the East Lincoln Avenue right-of-way is
included within the proposed annexation.
A licensed surveyor has confirmed that none of the East Lincoln Avenue right-of-
way is included within the boundaries of the proposed annexation.
3. The City would like to have existing structures and addresses shown on the
annexation plat.
Existing structures and addresses have been added to the plat.
4. The map does not close (N 0155 52 E 0.900).
This has been corrected on the annexation map.
