Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, October 24, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold
a public hearing on a proposed annexation and zoning in your
neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as East
Lincoln Annexation and Zoning, #40-94A.
The applicant is requesting to annex and zone approximately 17
acres located north of East Lincoln Avenue and east of Lemay
Avenue. The requested zoning is IL, Limited Industrial with a PUD
condition.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's
input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
further information about this item, please feel free to contact me
