Dear Ted, PI-

As you know we have an interest in locating a convenience store on the northeast
corner of the subject interchange. At the present time the transaction is on hold because
the land owners and the city must agree to the dedication of land in lieu of construction
costs should Lemay Avenue every be realigned.
Please advise me as to what needs to occur to get a commitment from the city
with regard to assuring the future location of Lemay Avenue. If an appraisal of land
needs to be conducted by the land owners in order to determine the economics of the deal
than please advise me of who pays for the appraisal and who conducts the work. We
would like to proceed with this deal as soon as these details can be worked out. Thank
you for your assistance in this matter.
