Erosion/Sediment Control Comments
1. Refer to drainage report.
2. Details, notes and schedule have been provided.
3. A silt fence is shown on the east side of the swale.

Engineering comments
1. The sidewalk is a 6 foot walk on Timberline.
2. The right -turn lane and internal drive have been noted as to construction.
3. The access drive on the south end of the property has been narrowed.
4. Northern Engineering has changed their plans and noted the sidewalk construction.
5. The Rite Aid and Norther Engineering set of plans have been coordinated.
6. The trees along Timberline have been reworked.

7. Rite Aid understands that Elk Road id being vacated.

6. A 5 foot separation between the meter pit and storm line has been provided.
7. Profiles have been provided.
8. The 6" fire line that runs under the "open" canopy structure is a private line.
