Water/Wastewater 1. Trees have not been moved per CLC's conversation with Mike Ludwig. There are two trees of concern in this regard. The last tree well on the west side of the building is too close to the sanitary sewer connection. 2. Water and sewer services included in all profiles. Encasements shown on plan and profile. 3. Requested details added to civil set. 4. No water or sewer under any structure. 5. Other site plan comments incorporated. Page 3 t. Asphalt shingles of type listed have been identified. u. Adjacent building has been labeled. aa. Trees and shrubs have not been connected by leader lines. At this scale, leader lines other than main leaders make the individual shrub symbols hard to read. There is just too much line work on this landscape plan to add these. We fully intend to increase the scale of 20' scale for CDs and show all leader and intermediate leader lines on those drawings. Please look for these in your review of our CDs. ab. Lights and roof drain symbols have been clarified on the elevations. ac. Legend has been deleted. ad. 25% note has bee deleted. Engineering Department Detail has been provided on civil set. Distance from sidewalk has been dimensioned on grading plan and in cross-section. Grade from back of walk slopes towards wall. Deep blue has been deleted from materials pallette. Cd Off -site Easement Exhibits have been prepared and submitted with this submittal. Year information has been deleted. f. Rooftop mechanical units have been moved behind parapets. g. Note 10 has been corrected. h. Zone districts have been added to all vicinity maps. i. All sidewalks are dimensioned on site plan. j. Parking stalls are 19' deep along north side of building. k. A 15' landscape strip has been provided along Horsetooth. Drive aisles have been reduced to 24' wide, middle stalls are now 17' deep with 2' overhang into landscape median. Existing tree size and species has been designated. M. Attached landscape notes have been incorporated on landscape plan. n. Date has been deleted and left blank. o. Trees have been added on northwest building corner. P.
