Calculate a 1% bonus for every 50 acres included in the project. M Calculate the percentage of the total acres in the project that are devoted to recreational use. Enter 1/2 of that percentage as a bonus. 5 n If the applicant commits to preserving permanent off -site open space that meets the City's minimum requirements, calculate the percentage of this open space acreage to the total development acreage and enter this percentage as a bonus.
