Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, April 24, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold
a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Bridgefield P.U.D., Phase I
Final, #45-94A.
The applicant is requesting 37 single family and 26 duplex
residential dwelling units on 8.22 acres located on the south side
of West Prospect Road between South Shields Street and South Taft
Hill Road. The property is zoned RLP, Low Density Planned
Residential.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
