Dear Ron,
Staff has reviewed your development plans for the Beattie
Elementary School Addition/Remodel Advisory Site Plan Review that
were submitted to the City on September 12, 1994, and would like to
offer the following comments:
1. Public Service Company of Colorado has stated that any
relocation and/or increase in PSC facilities due. to the
building addition will be at the Builder's expense.
2. U.S. West has stated that an relocation of existing telephone
facilities required by these plans will be paid for by the
developer.
3. A Vicinity Map showing the school site in the context of the
neighborhood area, a distance of approximately one mile in all
four directions, should be included on the Site Plan.
4. The surrounding uses on all sides should be shown on the Site
Plan. West Swallow Road forms the physical south boundary of
the school, does it not?
5. How are utilities affected by this addition? No utility
locations are shown on the Site Plan.
This completes the review comments at this time. Additional
comments may be forthcoming as the various departments and
reviewing agencies continue to review this request. Please be aware
of the following dates and deadlines to assure your ability to stay
on schedule for the November 14, 1994 Planning and Zoning Board
hearing:
Plan revisions are due no later than the end of the working day,
October 26, 1994. Please submit 3 copies of the revised Site Plan
to the Planning Department by. this date.
