Per the Project Planner, this application is for architectural changes only. The
house is an existing duplex and was a duplex prior to the previous application for
the addition to the structure. Since no new dwelling units are being created with
the previous application or the current Site Plan Review application, no
improvements to the alley are required at this time. Future changes in use of the
property or if additional dwelling units are constructed will require improving the
alley to current standards.
