RE: Wuerker Residential Addition NCM Site Plan Review, #48-94A
Dear Sirs:
On October 28, 1996 the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins approved
the above referenced project with the following condition:
1. The proposed 24:12 roof pitch for the turret, may not be constructed until
such time as the code is changed to allow a 24:12 pitch (no later than June 1,
1997). In the event the'code is not changed by June 1, 1997 to allow a 24:12
roof pitch for turrets, then the maximum pitch of the roof allowed will be
12:12.
