On Thursday, December 4, 1997 at 1:30 p.m. in the Maple Tree Conference Room,
281, North College Avenue, the Current Planning Director will conduct a public
Administrative Hearing on Bighorn Building (Lot 2, Horsetooth East Business
Park), Project Development Plan/Final Compliance - Type I, Administrative
Hearing, #43-94E.
The project is a request for a 32,000 sq.ft. 3 story office building on 1.79 acres located
on the west side of Timberline Road and south of East Horsetooth Road at Big Horn
Drive and Automation Way; and is zoned E - Employment.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
