The proposed project is commonly known as Horsetooth East Business Park PUD, Filing Two - Preliminary, #43-94A. The applicant is requesting 80,000 s.f. of mixed use industrial/business service/retail/restaurant/auto-related on 9.74 acres located at the southwest corner of East Horsetooth Road and Timberline Road, zoned IP, Industrial Park. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal.
