RE: 407 S. Grant St. Determination of His-toric Structure
Regarding the building at 407 S. Grant St., it does not meet the
criteria for an historic building according to Chart A-2.11
Historic Resources of the LDGS.
However, our records show that the house is older than 50 years
old, and at the time of application for a building permit, it will
he required to go through the Demolition Delay process as outlined
in Ordinance #56, 1994 of the City of Fort Collins.
