Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, December 12, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold
a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Wuerker Residential Addition
- NCH Site Plan Review, #48-94.
The applicant is requesting a residential building addition for an
existing single family residence plus one bedroom apartment where
there are currently two residences. The property is zoned NCM,
Medium Density Neighborhood Conservation and located at 407 Grant
Street.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's
input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
further information about this item, please feel free to contact
