The applicant is requesting 64,899 square feet of professional office space in a 2-story building on 4.69 acres. The property is located on Automation Way, south of the Public Service Company facility and east of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks. It is zoned IP - Industrial Park. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
