On Wednesday, May 10, 1995 at 2:00 p.m., in the Planning Department
Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado,
the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold an
administrative hearing to consider the request for Horsetooth East
Professional offices - IP Site Plan Review, #43-94C.
The applicant is requesting 64,899 square feet of professional
office space in a 2-story building on 4.69 acres. The property is
located on Automation Way, south of the Public Service Company
facility and east of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks. It is
zoned IP - Industrial Park.
The list of affected property owners for this public information
meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County
Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the
opportunity to attend.
