Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, January 24, 1995 at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning
Department Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort
Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will
hold an administrative hearing to consider the request for a Minor
Subdivision Review proposal which, if approved, shall create a
Vested Property Right in accordance with Colorado Law.
The request is referred to as J.L. West Minor Subdivision, #58-94,
consisting of a request for a one -lot subdivision located at the
southeast corner of South Lemay and Riverside Avenues. The
property is zoned C-Commercial. The developer is proposing to
construct a fast-food drive-thru restaurant on this site.
The list of affected property owners for this public information
meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County
Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the
opportunity to attend.
