College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Ted, Thank you for taking the time to review this project. Below are responses to some of the comments from the last round of review: Comment 42: A limit of work line has been indicated on the plans thus clarifying the limit of improvements along Buckingham Street. Comment 23: The eastern property line is shown on the vicinity map. This line is not shown on the site and landscape files as there is no development east of the limit of work line and the scale of the plans would have to be significantly decreased to show the eastern property line Comment 27: NBB is working on getting the sign off from all of the owners of the Coy ditch. This should be completed prior to hearing Comment 73: Tim Buchanan has been contacted and asked to review some of the trees associated with this expansion. Comment 75: The temporary detention pond has been indicated to be planted with Non -irrigated seed. Comment 34: A type II barricade has been indicated on the site plan. Comment 2: Marsha Hilmes-Robinson has been contacted and a flood plain use permit will be submitted at final design. Comment 81: The trees that were previously shown along Buckingham Street have been moved into the detention pond to add to the Riparian forest theme. Sincerely, _ Luke Oldenburg BHA Design, Inc.
