Traffic Impact Analysis Update Memorandum
Based on our June 25, 2001 meeting to discuss the timing of improvements to Buckingham
Street, New Belgium has proposed a timeline for these street improvements that
corresponds with their planned expansions. We would be happy to meet with you, Mark and
Sheri to discuss the timing further.
We have also met on the site with Tim Buchanen (City Forester) to review the existing trees
affected by the water treatment facility. Based on his recommendations, we have shown
four 3" caliper trees on the landscape plan to mitigate the trees to be removed.
We believe that all other items have been addressed in the revised plans and drainage
report. Please feel free to call if you have any questions or need additional information at
this time.
Sincerely,
