We have addressed the comments and redlines and have attached the following copies: 1 copy response letter 9 copies Site Plans 9 copies Architectural Elevations 9 copies Lighting Plan 10 copies Landscape Plans 8 copies Plat 4 copies Utility Plans 2 copies Drainage Report 1 copy Proposed schedule for improvements of Buckingham Street 1 copy Hazardous Materials Impact Analysis update memorandum 1 copy Traffic Impact Analysis Update Memorandum Based on our June 25, 2001 meeting to discuss the timing of improvements to Buckingham Street, New Belgium has proposed a timeline for these street improvements that corresponds with their planned expansions. We would be happy to meet with you, Mark and Sheri to discuss the timing further. We have also met on the site with Tim Buchanen (City Forester) to review the existing trees affected by the water treatment facility. Based on his recommendations, we have shown four 3" caliper trees on the landscape plan to mitigate the trees to be removed. We believe that all other items have been addressed in the revised plans and drainage report. Please feel free to call if you have any questions or need additional information at this time.
