Here's two comments for New Belgium O.D.P. 1. Article Four talks about buffering adjacent residential uses. Since we have no P.D.P. to review, I think the O.D.P. should just provide a note that says: "Where applicable, buffer yards along the south and east will conform with the standards of Article Four of the Land Use Code." 2. One of the review criteria for O.D.P.'s is to provide a "proposed rough estimate" of the buffering around the natural features. Since the groves of existing trees on -Parcels 2 and 3 could be considered natural features, we may want to show some rough buffers. A note could be added stating that: "Such buffers are "rough estimates" with ultimate determination to be made in accordance with the standards of Section 3.4.1 (E)." Hopefully these are relatively easy fixes. Call me if you have any questions, Ted. 221-6750
