Development agreement for Buckingham improvements
Have development agreement in place that guarantees improvements to
Buckingham, including connection to the existing sidewalk system, occur with
the next phase of development and no later than a date to be specified by the
City in conjunction with the developer. This is per our meeting with the
applicant on June 25th. Sheri Wamhoff and Ted Shepard also were in
attendance.
Is it appropriate to have a note on the site plan referrinq to this aqreement?

Stormwater Utility

The retention pond along Buckingham should be called out on the
landscape plan and a wetland seed should be specified for that pond
as was done for the north retention pond.
As a reminder, the applicant will need to submit a floodplain use permit
prior to issuance.
All other comments by Stormwater were addressed. We are ready
ready to accept utility plan mylars. Please provide two additional signed
and stamped copies of the drainage and erosion control report along with
the mylars for approval.
Transportation Planning

Staff has reviewed your submittal for NEW BELGIUM BREWERY - PROCESS WATER
FACILITY, PDP and FINAL COMPLIANCE #1-95D AND 1-95E, and we offer the following
comments:
ISSUES:
Engineering
60 Issue Contact. Sheri Wamhoff
Need to show the new row line on the site and landscape plans
What is shown is not correct, per the plat the north half of the row will be 38 feet
not 30 feet.

The ditch easement on the plat is this part of the easement that was dedicated
at reception # 9502257? Is this new? If it is new the ditch co will need to sign
the plat accepting the easement. As shown the ditch co will need to sign the
plat. Provide a signature block for there acceptance of the easement.

See the plat - an additional foot of row is needed for a total of 22'

comments on the prelliminary layout design - The 50 foot flow line needs to be
measured from the current south flowline.
The road section at the future access drive needs to include a 12 foot center
turn lane. Shown, but not labeled correctly.
The row cross section at this point is 82 feet not 81 feet. The flowline section is
6 feet wider than the standard section for a minor collector.
The cross section label below the scale is incorrect. The section here would be
the standard section.
