Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, February 27, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold
a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Murray Residential Addition -
Non -Conforming Use, #59-95.
The applicant is requesting a 576 s.f. addition to the existing
duplex located at 123-125 North Loomis and zoned NCL, Neighborhood
Conservation Low Density.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your
neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review
of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing,
written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area, plus others in the general area
who may be interested based on current County Assessor's records.
