In light of this change, the applicant requests withdrawal of the Johnson Annexation petition submitted November 1, 1994. Dates that had been scheduled for review are as follows: Planning and Zoning Hearing - December 12, 1994 First Reading City Council - January 17, 1995 Second Reading City Council - February 2, 1995 If there is any other information you would need regarding the withdrawal of the Johnson Annexation petition, please call.
