RE: Johnson Annexation
With the proposed amendments to the Harmony Corridor Plan, recently approved by the
Planning and Zoning Board and City Council, a nursery/garden center would no longer be a
permitted use on this property. In light of this change, the applicant requests withdrawal of the
Johnson Annexation petition submitted November 1, 1994.
Dates that had been scheduled for review are as follows:
Planning and Zoning Hearing - December 12, 1994
First Reading City Council - January 17, 1995
Second Reading City Council - February 2, 1995
If there is any other information you would need regarding the withdrawal of the Johnson
Annexation petition, please call.
