Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, December 27, 1994 at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning
Department Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort
Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will
hold an administrative hearing to consider the request for a Minor
Subdivision Review proposal which, if approved shall create a
Vested Property Right in accordance with Colorado Law.
The request is referred to as Baldwin Minor Subdivision, #57-94.
The parcel size is approximately 4.2 acres. The location is on the
south side of East Lincoln Avenue, just west of Link-N-Greens Golf
Course, also known as 301 East Lincoln Avenue.
The list of affected property owners for this public information
meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County
Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the
opportunity to attend.
