Re: Evergreen Park, Lots 17, 18, 19: I-L Site Plan Review
Dear Mike,
In reference to your October 24, 1994 staff comments, we offer the following responses:
1 & 2. Refer to plans submitted by Stewart Engineering on December 14, 1994.
00. Water and Sewer lines have been added to the landscape plan. A note has
been added to the plan regarding proximity of landscaping to utility
services.
4. O.K.
wt O.K.
Additional landscaping has been added on the east side of the parking
area, reducing the number of parking spaces by one. On the north side,
landscaping has been added in two areas. We hesitate to provide a five
foot buffer the entire length of the north curb, as this area should remain
open for future expansion into Lot 17.
70 Bike racks have been added to the site plan.
8. O.K.
9. A note with this statement has been added to the landscape plan. A table
for landscape categories has been provided.
X0. The building will be fully fire sprinklered.
./f The trees have been changed to "Radiant Crabapple" trees.
7The 20' wide alley will be paved with asphalt to Conifer Street.
Please let us know if you have any further issues regarding this project.
