Dear Mr. Ludwig:
This is regarding the Sandcreek Estates Minor Subdivision comments in
your letter dated December 20, 1994.
5. The distance in the last call of the legal description was shown as
193.04 feet and should have been 139.04. It has been changed on the mylar.
The map does close mathematically and the legal description will also
after the above correction was made. The Southeast corner and the Center
I corner have been added to the plat.
6. Please find a copy of my letter to Tim Dow regarding the Larimer and
Weld Irrigation Company. We will either have them sign the plat as owners
or deed them the right-of-way as shown on the plat and remove it from
the plat.
Stormwater Utility. We will fill the small area in the Southeast corner
of Lot 6 to raise it above the projected highwater line of the proposed
detention pond. The finish contour on Sheet 5 of 6 has been revised. We will
not do any grading within the Larimer and Weld Irrigation Company Easement.
Please refer to our letter. We will have them sign the utility plans even
though we will not affect their easement that the owner is granting to them.
If you have any questions regarding these revisions, please call.
Sincerely,
Richard A. Rutherford, P.E. & L.S.
