Jan. 9,1995
This is regarding the letter received Dec. 20, 1994 referencing the
comments for the Sandcreek Estates Minor Subdivision.
As the developer of the property we will address the items
contained in the letter in the following manner.
Item 1: We will comply with this requirement by contractual
agreement with the prospective owners or building contractors that any
structures located more than 150 feet from a roadway be sprinkled.
Item 3: We will absorb any extraneous costs due to the presence of
rocks in the light and power area.
Item 4: As we discussed in the field, the existing vegetation,
particularly trees, will be left substantially untouched. A corridor will be
maintained by virtue of the ditch road easement which will not be
encroached upon by this development. If substantial trees and shrubs are
removed during development we will replace such trees at other points on
the property. This does not deviate with what was discussed in the field.
Item 5: Our engineer, Dick Rutherford, will take care of the legal
description and comply in any way necessary
Item 6: Signature blocks will be provided on the plat plan as
necessary for the Larimer and Weld canal company.
Item 7 and 8: Mr. Rutherford is taking care of the red -lined changes
necessary to comply with these items.
