This is to confirm our conversation regarding the Sandcreek Estates Minor
Subdivision and the Larimer and Weld Canal. The developer will deed Tract
"B" to the Larimer and Weld Irrigation Company as Tract "B" after the plat
is recorded. We have added notes to the subdivision plat indemnifying the
Irrigation Company regarding damage from seepage from the canal and prohibiting
access to the canal. In turn, Larimer and Weld Irrigation Company will approve
the Sandcreek Estates Utility Plans and sign them on the cover sheet.
I am enclosing a copy of the subdivision plat for your review of the above
changes. If you have any questions or revisions, please call.
