Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, March 8, 1995 at 2:30 p.m., in the Planning
Department Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort
Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will
hold an administrative hearing to consider the request for
Sandcreek Estates Minor Subdivision, #56-94.
The applicant is requesting a 6-lot minor subdivision for
residential development, located at the northeast corner of Agape
Way and Willox Lane, bounded on the north by the Larimer and Weld
Canal.
The list of affected property owners for this public information
meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County
Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the
opportunity to attend.
