Box 429 Fort Collins, CO 80522 December 27. 2000 On August 16, 2000 you were given a comment letter regarding Glenmoor P.D.P. In that letter, comment "a" from the Current Planning Department stated the following: "Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit revisions based on this letter within 90 days or the project application becomes null and void. Your response to the City's concerns is due November 14, 2000. A 30 day extension to this deadline is available. All requests for an extension should be directed to the Current Planning Director. If remaining issues are those that do not require plan revisions, a status report verifying continuing efforts toward resolving the issues is required within the same timeline. " On November 14, 2000 we received a request for a 30 day extension of the expiration. On November 16, 2000 Cameron Gloss granted the extension to December 14, 2000. We did not receive a submittal of revisions or a written request for an extension within the specified timeframe, therefore the project has expired. I understand that you were waiting for some letters from the Army Corps of Engineers and the Fish and Wildlife Service, however, there were Stormwater, Natural Resources, Water/Wastewater, Engineering, and Forestry comments that required revisions that we did not recieve. If you wish to continue review of this project, you must file a new application and fee.
