SECOND FILING Glenmoor P.U.D. Second Filing is a proposed 42 unit town home project located in the Medium Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood. The townhomes are attached housing. The net density of the project is 11.6 units per acre. The site is an infill project and is completely surrounded by existing development. There are mixed uses in the neighborhood. South and East of the site have existing rental apartments. On the North side of Glenmoor Drive are existing townhomes like the ones proposed on the site. On the West side of Taft Hill Road is an existing church. In the immediate neighborhood on Orchard Place and on Plum Street are single family detached residences. Cedarwood Plaza, a Neighborhood Commercial Center is within walking distance of approximately 800 feet. It is anchored by a grocery store.
