it is undetermined whether we will need a signature block from

unsure of the name of County Road 11 and since this project is only

widening, which is not a part of this project.
V. The Land Use Breakdown has been revised and updated to reflect
current conditions.
W. We are choosing not to provide individual lot dimensions because
of a potential for conflicts between the Site Plan and the Plat. This
information is found on the Subdivision Plat.
X. Typical sidewalk dimensions have been added.
Y. These note have been removed from the plans since they are no
longer valid.

Dear Steve:
We have reviewed staff comments dated December 22, 1997 and have the
following comments:
1. The street names have been changed at the Police Department's request.
Cormorant Drive has been changed to Aleutian Drive, Harlequin Court
has been eliminated, Blue Heron Drive has been changed to Wood Duck
Drive, and Pochard Drive/Court has been changed to Mandarin Drive.
We have also replaced Gallinule Drive with Shearwater Drive.
2. a — f. All buildings will comply with the Building Inspections Department
comments.
3. a. Acknowledged. , See revised Utility Plans
b. Acknowledged.
4. Blue Heron Drive has been changed to Wood Duck Drive.
5. a-d. See revised Subdivision Plat for changes.
6. It is our understanding that both County Road 11 and Conifer Street will be
dedicated on the Subdivision Plat, but no design will be done with this
submittal.
7. a-b. A note regarding snow removal has been added to the plans.
8. a. See revised Utility Plans.
b. Street trees will be coordinated with proposed streetlights. A note
is provided on the Landscape Plan with minimum clearances, Sheet
5 of 10.
9. Landscape categories have been added to Sheet 5 of 10.
10. a. It is undetermined at this time whether the landscaping is to be
phased.
b. Notes have been added to the Landscape Plan sheets regarding turf
