We remain extremely concerned with the location of lots virtually abutting the ditch bank. The location of the high concentration of residences virtually on the ditch bank creates a very difficult situation in terms of the neighborhood living with the ditch, as well as enhances the hazard of the ditch to the neighborhood in terms of a moving water hazard, as well as groundwater involvement with the houses as a result of known and expected seepage from the ditch. By previous correspondence, we asked for fencing. Is this being required? Thank you for concerning these concerns and addressing V MS:pas xc: Mr. Donn Engel yo Sommermeyer .
