Dear Mr. Ludwig:
We have received your Revision Comment Sheet concerning the referenced matter. We
remain extremely concerned with the location of lots virtually abutting the ditch bank. The
location of the high concentration of residences virtually on the ditch bank creates a very difficult
situation in terms of the neighborhood living with the ditch, as well as enhances the hazard of the
ditch to the neighborhood in terms of a moving water hazard, as well as groundwater
involvement with the houses as a result of known and expected seepage from the ditch.
By previous correspondence, we asked for fencing. Is this being required?
