On September 18, 1997 the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins
approved the above mentioned project with the following conditions:
1. A 6 foot wooden fence (or equal as determined by the Director of Planning,
Larimer and Weld Irrigation Company, and the Waterfield developer) is
required on the north side of single-family lots 1 through 13 along the Larimer
and Weld irrigation ditch. Such fence shall be shown on the approved Site,
Landscape, and Utility Plans prior to recording of said plans.
2. A sidewalk be added on the west side of the private drive connection between
Bull Run Apartment buildings 7 and 8.
