This is the same fence that was approved by the Oppie family along their north -south property line. The enclosed plans show the area of fencing along the Oppie property as well as yours. Please let us know if this is acceptable to you as Mike Ludwig of the Planing Department is requesting a letter from you stating your approval of this design. I am in receipt of the blueprints for this project and note that a.3' split rail fence will run along the north and west borders of my home, the Plummer School.
