In response to your letter dated September 22, we offer the enclosed 5' high solid wood
fence detail. This is the same fence that was approved by the Oppie family along their
north -south property line. The enclosed plans show the area of fencing along the Oppie
property as well as yours. Please let us know if this is acceptable to you as Mike Ludwig
of the Planing Department is requesting a letter from you stating your approval of this
design. Thank you for your consideration in this matter and don't hesitate to contact us
with any questions.

RE: Waterfield P.U.D.
I am in receipt of the blueprints for this
project and note that a.3' split rail fence will
run along the north and west borders of my home,
the Plummer School. As this does not constitute
the privacy fence I requested, it is unacceptable
to me.
