We have revised the layout of the handicap parking spaces as
requested The visitor lot will remain as it exists today, with one
handicap space provided. We have grouped the two required spaces
for the employee parking into the parking area nearest the building
to provide the most convenient access to the building entrance.
All comments regarding the plat have been addressed JR
Engineering is awaiting final comments from the Engineering and
Stormwater Departments. JR will submit the plat along with revised
utility drawings at a separate time.
This concludes our clarifications of the comments and the plan revisions. Please
feel free to call if you have any questions or need additional information.
Sincerely,

1.C. The Employee Entrance has been indicated In addition, we have
noted on the site plan all visitor and employee entrances, receiving
doors, and loading docks for all phases.
LD. The area north of the Proposed Warehouse Phase One is a paved
apron to serve the loading docks in this area. Each loading dock
indicated will be provided with one truck bay each. The apron
configuration in this area has been reconfigured at the request of the
building owners to allow for adequate turning movements for the
trucks backing into these docks. Additional evergreen trees have
been provided along the east edge of this apron area to help screen
the loading area.
Trailer storage is intended to occur in the area north of the Phase
Three Proposed Warehouse during Phase One only. Pallet/recycle
storage for Phase One will be moved to the northeast corner of the
existing Brewery Building and will be screened with a 6' ht. solid
fence.
I believe the line on the plans to which you have referred is the
drainage easement line that was recently vacated. We have removed
this line from the site and landscape plans to avoid further
confusion.
I.H. We have indicated the tank farm `envelope' with a dashed line to
differentiate it from the actual building envelopes. We still show its
dimensions so we can indicate its distance from the nearest property
