ITem 26 Capital Exp Fees
-Are utilities required to spend dvlmpt fees within 7-10 years,
if not,
why not?
- Since we are about to adopt Parks plan, can parks fees be
adjusted
after the plan is adopted is new community park fees are
adopted
now? (ie. change what we are now reviewing if we change
something in park plan?)
- In attach. F. you list costs for a 2,000sf house. How much
does such a house cost new in today's market?
- The work session included a question about added general gout
services into other fees as "overhead". Has this been considered
and what is the response?
Item 27 - Rezoning
- Have or will there be neighborhood mtgs. on the rezoing?
- Is Vine likely to be a transit route in the long term future?
- What zoning categories would allow for medium or higher density
residential uses? IF a PUD condition is placed on zoning, is
there a
way to also require medium densities as a minm., e.g. 5
units/acre or
more?
-Can one property have more than one zonings? e.g. light
industrial
or commercial adjacent to Vine and residential to north?

Are we using definition of 80% of median income as the level
for the
affordable houses they'll build?
- Afforda ble Housing Bd. did not wqant to see sf houses termed
as affordable at 1600sf and $135,000. They recommended 1100sf
and a lower price. What is in proposal?
Item 11 Pedestrian Ramps
- What's the Transportation�Bds concern about mid -radius ramps
and I
traffic? Is this a safety issue?
ITem 21 EAsements
- Map 2 - will residents have access to easment to use it to
walk/bike
to CR 9?
- Map 8 - will residents have access on easement to Fossil Creek
parkway and the bike path planned for the corridor?
