to speak in support of the requested zoning. of IL, low density with a PUD condition. This
zoning is consistent with the position taken in the past by the NECC for this particular
site.
Consideration of Alternative B which calls for 6 units per acre is inappropriate during the
zoning process. The zoning guidelines do not provide for these type of conditions at the
stage of the development process. The density requirement does not take into account
any of the natural and human structures on and adjacent to this site and their relationship
to any development that may occur on this site.
To the extent that Alternative B would impose a density requirement, the NECC has in the
past expressed its concern for high density development on this site.
