Item 32-1-c Camera Radar
Why are appropriations changing now to add $173,000? Have we identified some unknown costs? Will this allow
foradditional funds for traffic calming in the neighborhoods or will it just be for in-house costs?
Item 33 - Capital Improvement Fees
o Please remind me why the Affordable Housing Rebate
program does not include rebates for sewer or electric fees?
o When applying the sliding fee scale to other existing impact fees, why hasn't Street oversizing been mentioned?
o Could we please -have a status report on the AH fund that shows appropriations by year and monies paid out.
Also, the balance of $382,440... does this include the money pledged to N. CO Community Housing of $150,000 or
not?
ITem #34 - Country Club Zoning
o it state "for the purposes of this Ordinance" the formula for net developable acre is/defined as X. It this the
standard formula? Do we have one? If this isn't standard or we have multipledefinitions, please explain. The issue
of "developable acres" seems to change ... in Two ponds we gave credit for land that couldn't be built on ...on this
one we aren't. Need more info.
o RE: The 11 acres for a school and 26.8 acres for a park.
If these don't happend, what happens to the net developable density? Just because someone shows a school site,
does it make it mandatory that it goes there or is it at the discretion of PR1? Will our conditions on density hold if the
school and/or park aren't built?
